I’m Awake! Now What? Podcast had its first ever episode air on April 02, 2018, featuring Krista Xiomara’s first spiritual teacher Deborah Low Cano, whom she met at her first Ashram in Spokane, Washington called Radha House (later re-named) Yasodhara Yoga Spokane. Yasodhara was incepted by the beautiful Swami Sivananda Radha.
Deborah discusses her own spiritual path and how Yoga and meditation pulled her out of of one of the darkest moments in her lives.
