Episode 192: Mark Matousek

This week I sit down with award-winning author, teacher, life-long seeker and speaker Mark Matousek about his book "When You're Falling, Dive: Lessons in the Art of Living." Mark opens up about his early childhood experience of going inside to inquire and how he became interested in transformation. Mark and I discuss suffering, healing, and answering the question his sister posed to him many years ago "How do you live?" Mark articulates the lessons he brought forward to live brilliantly in his life, after encountering the possibility of death and why instead of running from our pain, we should trust it.
