Episode 197: Tom Cronin

This week I sit down with Coach, Meditation Teacher, Screen Writer, Producer and Author Tom Cronin to discuss his life's work and film "The Portal." Tom's purpose is to inspire people to embrace meditation as a modality of change to transform their lives. Tom shares that distraction is one of the biggest barriers to consciousness and to create change in our lives we must remove resistance that creates suffering in order to evolve and heal. Tom covers in detail the importance of interconnectedness and how it stabilizes us individually and collectively. He ends with imparting wisdom to the audience about unconditional love and explains what happens when we suspend our conditions.
