Podcast Highlight: Crystal Bichalski

Crystal Bichalski, Founder of Crystal B Astrology, is a globally recognized predictive Astrologist and AstroTherapist.

She is one of the greats.

Mastering predicative astrology is no small feat—it takes years of education, hours of practice of honing your skills, and learning to decipher the very detailed picture language in which the stars and cosmos communicate and commune with us.

I interviewed Crystal for the podcast after my curiosity about all things astrology and birth charts peaked. In some ways this was the final frontier of self-exploration for me. A lot of us on the spiritual journey, use curiosity as spiritual practice as means to find out more clues about our next steps and to better understand our inner world.

I am no different. I was intrigued by the idea of being able “to see into the future” with some level of certainty.

I am, a self-professed control freak.

Crystal reminds the listening audience that it is important to remember that predictive astrology is not about control—its about information, insight, and decision making.

After our interview I had my first ever natal chart reading with Crystal. At the time I did not have my recorded birth time on my birth certificate (because of my closed adoption) a key component to unlocking the mystery of someone’s specific astrology and life path.

All well educated and trained astrologists have a methodology and strategy for addressing charts without birth times. Crystal cracked the code on mine, and I was blow away.

Crystal communicated my chart to me in reverse.

A part of me felt exposed, naked, vulnerable, and if I’m being honest a bit ashamed of the things I carried with me in my chart and in my life that were spilling over and being revealed to someone else.

But one thing about Crystal, is she exudes deep and loving compassion for the human experience. She is the epitome of non-judgement when peering into the charts of her clients. She understands the shadow and light parts that exist in each one of us and how they play out in our lives. How we need both of these elements to live fully into our humanity and divinity.

I was also relieved.

There was an indescribable amount of affirmation in her recounting of my life, but I also felt overwhelmed with equal parts grief and adulation. I told Crystal “I could have saved myself 10 years of therapy, by coming to just one session with you!”

We laughed and I cried.

Crystal told me things about myself and my life that only I would know. Major events. Major heartbreaks. Major life changes. Significant financial matters. My love of self-isolating. One by one, she laid out who I was, where I had been, and where I was going with specificity and detail that was truly unbelievable if I had not been right there with her as she told me.

There was something else, that surfaced during my natal chart reading that was so unexpected to me, but not Crystal:

Radical Acceptance.

Radical Acceptance flowed directly towards me in black and white from Crystal’s Zoom screen.

Showing me that despite the upheaval of my youth in foster care, or the insecurities of my 20’s, and the absolute unknown and uncharted waters of my 30’s that the path laid down, was the path I always meant to take.

For years, I had beat myself up over decisions and whether I had made the “right ” one. I had been so cruel to myself, when in the past if I perceived a misstep.

But, my life could not have gone any different.

In my Buddhist education, I came upon acceptance. That deep teaching to remove judgement, agitation, and modification in exchange for just accepting, all that is. As it is.

In this moment, I came into profound understanding of radical acceptance after looking at my chart.

Because all my steps, no matter what their charge or direction—had led me here. Right to this very moment where you and I are conversing through this written form.

I understood on a cellular level, that I could trust my path however unclear or unsteady it felt.

I could trust myself.

Always.

I found myself reaffirmed in all my decisions. I felt vindicated in all the steps I made, however messy and confusing to the world it seemed. They were truly the right steps, for me.

I can’t tell you what a liberation and gift this was to my soul.

After we got through the past, we shifted to the future.

I found her accuracy of predictive astrology so compelling, I’ve employed it in every area of my life. I know I have a clear advantage because of Crystal.

There is a lot of speculation around astrology.

I am science girl. I love facts. I love data. So does Crystal. This is one of the first things she tells about herself, and how she found a way to predict her daughters seizures through astrology, by tracking data points and facts around celestial positions of planetary systems. Patterns emerge statistically, it just takes patience, fact-collecting, and detailed reports to compile and illuminate those patterns. That is what astrology really is, in simple terms.

Crystal laid out specific events, times, and days in which I would need to take action, modify my communication, slow down, travel, market or promote my works, and a variety detailed guidance that helped me align my business and my personal life.

So, like any good scientist. I used the data points and tracked it over a year, to see which of them came to fruition and which did not. There was a 96.87% level of accuracy.

We know that the pentagon regularly uses psychics as a part of trade craft (see Third Eye Spies on Amazon). There has also been several academic and health care sponsored blind studies, using astrology and psychics to support scientific data of both modalities. We need more research and I know that it will only work to bolster this ancient practice, that somehow has not been lost yet holds invaluable resource to us.

For me, its about both. Trusting myself and the facts. Where ever they may lead me.

Crystal’s first book called Feed Your Moon: Predictive and Mindful Astrology: One Phase at a Time is intended to guide and assist everyone from the novice astrologer to more seasoned astrologers through self-discovery, understanding the laws of the universe, connecting to moon signs, evolving phases and shed a light on the normally not discussed progressed Moon.

In our interview I tell Crystal how I can sense the meticulous effort she has put into constructing each layer of understanding for the reader to really become comfortable and confident in understanding astrology.

As each chapter unfolds, so does your understanding and competence to apply the knowledge Crystal is giving you to apply to your own life.

To plot out patterns, to understand the skin you are living in (that changes every 2.3 years) and to be able to predict with a high level of certainty when major parts of your life will shift so you can take measured, actionable steps to prepare.

She's done all the heavy lifting here to help you become empowered, gain perspective, and align your life advantageously with the planets.
